Description
The ESP-WROOM-32 is a high-performance, dual-core WiFi-BT-BLE microcontroller module designed for a wide range of IoT and embedded applications. From low-power sensor systems to advanced use cases like voice processing, audio streaming, and MP3 decoding, this module delivers outstanding versatility and efficiency.
Powered by the ESP32S chipset, the module features two independently controllable CPU cores with an adjustable clock speed from 80 MHz to 240 MHz. It also supports an ultra-low-power mode using its dedicated coprocessor, enabling continuous peripheral monitoring while the main CPUs are powered down.
The ESP-WROOM-32 integrates multiple onboard peripherals, including capacitive touch inputs, Hall sensors, low-noise amplifiers, SD card interface, Ethernet, high-speed SDIO/SPI, UART, and I²C. With built-in WiFi and Bluetooth (Classic + BLE), it provides long-range connectivity, mobile pairing, and beacon broadcasting.
Optimized for wearable and battery-operated applications, the ESP32 consumes under 5 µA in deep sleep mode, making it ideal for energy-efficient IoT products. Additionally, it supports data speeds up to 150 Mbps and delivers 22 dBm output power, ensuring reliable long-distance communication.
